Fiona is the founder and Managing Director of Initio, as well as its most accomplished Senior Program Manager. Fiona specialises in roles with technical and change management deliverables, with recent projects ranging in size from $2m to over $800m.  Most notably, Fiona has delivered multiple major programs of work for two of the top four banks in Australia.

With over 25 years’ experience in the computer industry, Fiona has managed computer systems for a major Australian organisation, been a consultant/project manager in the UK, and implemented office automation systems for the Hong Kong branch of a leading UK law firm.

Fiona is an exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and has exceptional attention to detail, being requested regularly to present to the board of directors.

Fiona prides herself on delivering projects on time and under budget.

Ken Clarke

Ken Clarke

Director

Ken has worked in Technology for over 30 years, starting as programmer/analyst with Mobil Oil Australia where he managed the introduction of computers to the general desktop before becoming extensively involved in workflow analysis and design. After Mobil, Ken worked with major computer vendors implementing total solutions to legal and corporate businesses, including the introduction of open systems to the market. Over the last decade, he has delivered major infrastructure projects in open system networks in corporate, finance and insurance markets.

Operations Manager

Pauline has over 25 years experience in Operational, Administrative and PMO  support. This experience has been gained across the Technology, Manufacturing, Property and Financial sectors. She has worked for leading Australian and international companies.

Pauline is the key to the smooth running of Initio from both a staff and a customer perspective.

Kellie has personally led more than 40+ strategic business and technology transformations acting as the conduit and trusted advisor.  A highly motivated Program Director with a diverse range of skills spanning 20+ years in end-to-end design and delivery of large scale and complex multi-federated programs.

Kellie’s management style is down to earth and engaging, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to quickly grasp concepts and purpose and drive innovative solutions based on an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and objectives. Programs range from $20m-1.6bn.  Kellie is certified Prosci, MSP, Prince2 and Agile and has Six Sigma/Lean certification.  An exceptional communicator, and well versed in negotiating and brokering sensitive and strategic discussion at senior levels with a key focus on creating and leading high performing dynamic teams.

Her knowledge and experience has extended to Digital transformation, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and visualisation, automation and integration of the Office 365 suite. Robyn has a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions which meet and exceed client expectations. Robyn often manages the projects in the office solutions area.

Meredith is CPA qualified with over 25 years finance experience in large, diverse and complex organisations.  She recently attained her Prince2 practitioner qualification and is enjoying combining her finance and project knowledge in her role as a senior business analyst on a significant IT transformation project.  Prior to joining Initio, Meredith spent several years as a senior management accountant at the Asia Pacific level, analysing and reporting on revenue and expenses for a multinational IT company.

 Her exemplary written and verbal communication skills have led to many positive collaborations across different countries and cultures. Meredith is highly experienced in preparing financial budgets and forecasts, using her analytical skills to determine key drivers, risks and opportunities, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Sam Ridden

Senior Consultant

Sam is a flexible Senior Technical Consultant who has worked with Initio for the last 7 years across a variety of projects. Bringing a wide range of skills, Sam has performed a variety of project roles across SOE development, business analysis and design, alongside management of the Initio technical services team.

Maintaining a current knowledge of technology solutions enables him to work in multiple capacities, enhanced by his ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of engagement.

Sam is an enthusiastic team member and leader with strong SOE development, documentation, senior stakeholder management, communication and technical skills. Sam understands business requirements and will seamlessly translate them to the best-fit technical solutions.

Dimitri is a team orientated, multi skilled, proactive Technology professional with a pedigree background in blue chip enterprises and over 20 years’ experience with Technology global multi nationals.  Dimitri is a consultative person who is able to communicate at all levels, as well as being highly adept at working independently. He is proficient in managing large installations and has managed technical Technology teams with both operational and strategic focus.  Dimitri has also partnered closely with regional and global Technology centres in developing and executing major projects and initiatives, as well as managing relationships with external suppliers.

Con is an experienced IT professional committed to maintaining cutting edge technical skills and up-to-date industry knowledge.

With both team lead experience and technical expertise, Con enjoys working in teams but is equally comfortable working unsupervised to deliver results.

The areas of most interest to Con are in the End User Computing space, building customer centric solutions around Microsoft technologies such as SCCM and Intune or taking you to the next level of mobile device management utilising Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Zac Robinson

Managed Services Engineer

Zac has over 10 years experience working within the corporate IT services industry for various companies, ranging in size from 100 to over 5000 endpoints.

Zac is passionate about providing exceptional user experiences and increasing productivity by leveraging the Microsoft stack including Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure AD, and Group Policy. In addition Zac also brings Apple iOS & MacOS management experience using  JAMF and Intune. He is currently working to expand his certification in Microsoft 365, utilising the latest technologies in End user Computing.
