    Fiona is the founder and Managing Director of Initio, as well as its most accomplished Senior Program Manager. Fiona specialises in roles with technical and change management deliverables, with recent projects ranging in size from $2m to over $800m.  Most notably, Fiona has delivered multiple major programs of work for two of the top four banks in Australia.

    With over 25 years’ experience in the computer industry, Fiona has managed computer systems for a major Australian organisation, been a consultant/project manager in the UK, and implemented office automation systems for the Hong Kong branch of a leading UK law firm.

    Fiona is an exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and has exceptional attention to detail, being requested regularly to present to the board of directors.

    Fiona prides herself on delivering projects on time and under budget.

    Ross has been working in Technology for over 30 years, with experience gained working for major global organisations in Europe, the USA and Australia, such as HP and BellSouth. This experience ranges from technical roles to managing operational teams and Program and Project Management.

    Ross has gained certifications from Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix, completed management courses through AIM and AGSM (UNSW), holds current AgilePM Practitioner certification and Certified Practising Project Manager credentials through AIPM.

    Ross’s goal is to help Technology be seen as a valued business partner, providing solutions that enable and empower people to get the job done.

    Mick has been working in Technology for over 30 years, with experience gained working for the Australian Military, major Australian and Global Financial institutions (Westpac, St George, ING Direct and ANZ/OnePath). Mick also has extensive experience across the Telecommunications and Utilities industries and Global vendors such as HP. This experience ranges from technical roles, Program and Project Management with a key focus on Operational Management and Risk Management.

    Mick has gained certifications ranging from technical certifications with Microsoft, Novell and Cisco and more recently ITIL and Prince2 certifications.

    Mick’s goal is to help Technology be seen as a valued business partner, by leveraging best practices using ITIL to enhance Operational efficiencies and quality outputs by building high performance teams. Mick also has extensive experience helping Technology set their Strategic roadmaps for Architecture and their Operational models.
