Fiona is the founder and Managing Director of Initio, as well as its most accomplished Senior Program Manager. Fiona specialises in roles with technical and change management deliverables, with recent projects ranging in size from $2m to over $800m.  Most notably, Fiona has delivered multiple major programs of work for two of the top four banks in Australia.

With over 25 years’ experience in the computer industry, Fiona has managed computer systems for a major Australian organisation, been a consultant/project manager in the UK, and implemented office automation systems for the Hong Kong branch of a leading UK law firm.

Fiona is an exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and has exceptional attention to detail, being requested regularly to present to the board of directors.

Fiona prides herself on delivering projects on time and under budget.

Ken Clarke

Ken Clarke

Director

Ken has worked in Technology for over 30 years, starting as programmer/analyst with Mobil Oil Australia where he managed the introduction of computers to the general desktop before becoming extensively involved in workflow analysis and design. After Mobil, Ken worked with major computer vendors implementing total solutions to legal and corporate businesses, including the introduction of open systems to the market. Over the last decade, he has delivered major infrastructure projects in open system networks in corporate, finance and insurance markets.

Pauline has over 25 years experience in Operational, Administrative and PMO  support. This experience has been gained across the Technology, Manufacturing, Property and Financial sectors. She has worked for leading Australian and international companies.

Pauline is the key to the smooth running of Initio from both a staff and a customer perspective.

Mel joined Initio in 2001 after 14 years’ experience in the financial sector, where she had a technical and project management role coordinating helpdesk and platform support resources. Mel was also responsible for a number of major banking projects, with extensive expertise in teller systems, peripheral devices, communication devices, PCs, servers and more. At Initio Mel has been involved in banking, insurance and government projects including hardware fleet replacement, asset management, disaster recovery, procurement and security.

Mel is a Certified Practicing Project Manager with the Australian Institute or Project Managers (AIPM).

Ross has been working in Technology for over 30 years, with experience gained working for major global organisations in Europe, the USA and Australia, such as HP and BellSouth. This experience ranges from technical roles to managing operational teams and Program and Project Management.

Ross has gained certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Novell, completed management courses through AIM and AGSM (UNSW) and is a Certified Practising Project Manager through AIPM.

Ross’s goal is to help Technology be seen as a valued business partner, by leveraging the technology’s available, such as cloud services, remote working, virtualisation at both a desktop and server level, and BYOD, (where appropriate) to access the true value of the “Any device, Anywhere, Anytime” philosophy.

Her knowledge and experience has extended to Digital transformation, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and visualisation, automation and integration of the Office 365 suite. Robyn has a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions which meet and exceed client expectations. Robyn often manages the projects in the office solutions area.

Robyn has been a Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM) with the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM) since 2008.

Brad has been instrumental in areas of Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and visualisation, automation and integration of the Office 365 suite. Brad also has extensive records management experience having worked on projects involving analysis and design of business systems, EDRMS (electronic document and records management system) implementation, Technology training and documentation.

More recently Brad has assisted Initio’s clients by designing and developing Power BI solutions from simple dashboards to complex drill down custom reporting connecting to a variety of sources including sql databases, web services and excel, with an easy to manage user interface.
