Initio’s Quality Management System has been designed to comply with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems. This certification covers the Quality Management System for the provision of specialist information, technology project management and consultancy services for systems architecture, facilities and knowledge management to the legal, financial, banking and government sectors. Initio is committed to a system of continual improvement, capturing knowledge gained from each project to update and improve its project management and other processes. This process involves Initio’s Management Representative conducting internal audits on all our projects and processes to help Initio drive improvement compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 standards.
