With over 20 years in the computer industry, Fiona has managed computer systems for a major Australian organisation, been a consultant/project manager in the UK, and implemented office automation systems for the Hong Kong branch of a leading UK law firm. Fiona established Initio in 1990 and has since been running the business. Fiona specialises in program management roles with technical and change management deliverables, with recent projects ranging in size from $2m to $16m – all delivered on time and under budget.
