The selection of personnel was an exhausting process due to the stringent reference checking that occurred. Initio obtained all the skill requirements required for the services, with the mandatory requirement being a minimum of five years working with Australian regulations.

Initio uses a blend of contract and employee personnel to deliver projects. All personnel that work for or through Initio undergo the same rigorous interview process including reference and work history checking. The training and education provided is identical for both groups.

If there is a need for personnel outside of the Initio experience, Initio is more than happy to source them from the market or a client preferred vendor and either manage them separately or encapsulate them into the total framework of a project. Initio is happy to have client nominated contractors work through it.

Additionally, whilst many of the Initio people have development skills, we do not provide a coding service as such due to the multitude of languages and the current trend of sending development offshore for economic reasons; Initio has personnel experienced in managing offshore development resources.
